Application Upon acceptance to the University, students must submit the following documentation: - A valid passport - Application - Notarized copy of an educational certificate, the list of all subjects studied with periods attended and grades obtained (translated into Russian) being enclosed. Papers should be legalized in the country issuing them (the die “Apostille” is to be available for the countries of The Hague Convention, for the rest of countries are to be legalized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country issuing them).
